I love your philosophy! We are so similar in our views! I definitely try not to force health on anyone either (sometimes it’s hard though, especially with the hubby). I never eat “fast food” but we do eat out at least 1-2 times a week. I am trying to limit to once a week, especially with my blog and trying out new recipes. I just love going out to dinner though and experiencing new foods!!
