For Parents & Kids

We all know that obesity rates in America are rising every year.  And we’ve all heard that childhood obesity is a problem.  But what can we do about it?  Childhood obesity is something that is very important to me. 

The idea of this section is to give parents and kids ideas to get more active, include healthier foods in their meals, and gain self confidence.  This section is not ment to encourage dieting or extreme exercise for children.  There is a healthy way to get kids active and eating right and my goal is to highlight that.
