Hey Jill! I just stumbled across your blog and I LOVE it! It must keep you pretty busy! What do you recommend for a busy mom of a two year old, and keeps busy with playgroups, church meetings, supporting a husband as a coach, etc. ??? I think I need a workout plan! I do really well for a while, and then get in a rut where I think it’s boring to workout. I wish I had a gym membership, but we can’t afford that. I already do Tae Bo, Jillian Michaels, free weights, my elliptical, and sometimes running (although it’s been hurting my knees more and more lately). Any ideas would be helpful!
